In particular, what “warm” means for you here. This could be literal temperature perception, but my guess is this is warm more in the sense of “embracing” or “glowing” as in “she had a warm glow in her voice”.
For context, all these bon mots are from ~a decade ago, so the language may not match my current language.
The bon mot is a noting that simply being can be a pleasurable experience, in the most ordinary way.
If the situation is challenging, you won't be bored!
If you are bored, the situation is thus not intrinsically challenging, and so the glow and flow of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic sensation will be available to be rested in, like a pleasurable bath, without any extraordinary maneuvers.
