Even a bogus framework, if applied, can give real feedback as to what will actually work. Action clarifies and reveals affordances for interaction.
Searchless spontaneity wells up from feeling without limitation. Intimacy with everything, free from all compulsion, phenomena as improv partners.
Enter the kinesthetic image of anyone’s clarified energy (the complex pattern they would manifest if liberated from all fixation in energy), and you see the world in a new and wonderful way. Discover the potency in the being of those whom you most dislike.
Spiritual texts are a literary genre about transforming one's experience, using aesthetics with a lineage from a prior age. Science is a literary a genre about successful prediction of nature, and Fantasy a genre which features elves, dragons and quests.
The essential nourishment is transmitted from subtle body to subtle body. Every hug is an opportunity to pour the energy of love into a recipient. Every word is an opportunity to connect via verbal energy from the heart.
Purposes are human creations. There is no master purpose. Since purposes can be multiple and incoherent, we can enjoy multiple incoherent realities supporting them. Since humans are mimetic, we can adopt each others purposes and each other's methods to achieve these purposes.
If you take advice as a suggestion for a creative experiment, it doesn't matter the provenance or basis in ‘fact’. You can create a magnificent work of performance art based on trash art found in the garbage.
